  1. Complete the form to create your online account.
  2. Provide contact information and demographic information.
  3. Provide method of payment.

You will receive an email confirmation with a summary of your online application and credit card receipt.

Tax Deduction  

Payment of dues or other contributions to OCHCH are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes. They may, however, be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses to the extent not allocated to lobbying expenditures. OCHCH estimates that the non-deductible portion of your dues is 13%. Medicare certified agencies’ dues are reimbursable under Sec. 2138 of the Medicare Provider Reimbursement Manual.
